Chief Priest of Kishinobo

Kazuhiro Suwa

Take a little break from your busyness.

Shed the overload of information in your daily life and return your body and mind to their "natural" state.
Ultimate refreshment made possible by being at a temple.

Are you experiencing any of these "signs of the heart"?

  • Continuously touching your smartphone for no reason

  • Even on days off, you can't help but think about Monday

  • Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

  • No time to carefully face your own heart

  • Feeling heavy in your body and somewhat lethargic

  • Getting irritated over small things and then feeling self-loathing afterwards

If any of these apply to you,
it's a sign that your heart wants to take a "break."
The scent of incense, the crisp air, and the sounds of birds and wind.
By putting down your smartphone and spending time sharpening your senses,
the noise in your head will gradually fade away.

By the time you leave the temple the next morning,
you should feel surprisingly light in both body and mind.
